Well, we went to negotiate and sign the lease last night. I think it went well. Still a little nervous about it all, but I think we can make it work. We don't sign the lease until June 2nd now. The building is changing owners and its just easier for all to sign with the new owner. We *DO* however get a key today to start putting things in there.

So I guess we are this -->| |<-- close to make it happen.

Nothing really to say here. Just been insanely busy with work as well as a side thing that will hopefully come to fruition here soon. Can't really say too much more but I would be sure to check out the LANtastic page every once in a while. As soon as I can talk about it, that's where it will be announced. (Probably announce it on here too).

But I didn't want anyone sending out a search party for me or anything.
I'm still here and kicking. Just not a lot of time for anything right now other than work, mowing the lawn, work, and well..... work. :)
